Our region allows us to realize tasting menus and various delicacies thanks to amazing products made within just a few tens of kilometers, all under the Protected Geographical Indication like: Romagna Shallot, Brisighella Extra Virgin Olive Oil (DOP) Colline di Romagna, Fossa cheese, Squacquerone cheese, Saba, Cervia salt, Mora Romagnola cold cuts, Romagnola breed meats, Carpegna raw ham DOP, IGP nectarines peaches and many more.
The proximity to the sea gives us a wide variety of seafood, fish in the first place. The traditions and the history present us with widely known and appreciated dishes such as piadina, tagliatelle, passatelli and cappelletti.
