Booking Protection Travel Cancellation and Assistance
Refund of cancellation fee or commitment deposit in the event of cancellation, travel assistance and payment of medical expenses, pro-rata refund for part of a journey not taken in the event of curtailment and refund of journey costs already paid in the event of delayed arrival at the destination.
Cancellation Cover, Travel Assistance Cover, Medical Expenses Cover and Curtailment Cover are valid in the event of epidemics or pandemic illnesses, such as COVID-19.
